Chapter 87 Auction

The waiter quickly brought up the food Yinglin had ordered, and one had to admire the restaurant's efficiency. After serving the food, the waiter bowed to them and said, "Please enjoy your meal." Then, as before, he turned and left.

"Haha, let's eat quickly!" Yinglin exclaimed excitedly upon seeing the food, but due to her noble upbringing, she hesitated to pick up her chopsticks until Bingtong said to her, "Ying'er, hurry up and eat!" Hearing this, Yinglin picked up her chopsticks and began to eat. Bingtong smiled slightly and then said to Yumo, "Mo, you should eat some too!" Yumo nodded and picked up her chopsticks to eat. She would occasionally put some food on Yinglin's plate, but Yinglin didn't react much. She just smiled at Yumo and continued eating. Bingtong looked at them and then smiled.
"Bing'er, why aren't you eating?" Yinglin suddenly looked up and asked Bingtong, who hadn't touched her chopsticks at all from the beginning. Bing Tong smiled slightly at her and said, "You eat! I'm not hungry." "Alright then!" Ying Lin didn't press Bing Tong for anything. After a while, a waiter brought over a bowl of soup. Yu Mo and Bing Tong knew what it was at a glance, but Ying Lin didn't. She asked curiously, "Bing'er, what is that?" "Hehe, you'll see in a bit." The waiter placed the bowl of soup in front of her and opened the lid for Bing Tong.
Ying Lin stood up and glanced at it, then knew what it was. Then she asked curiously, "Why is there this kind of soup here?" "Hehe, it's nothing, hurry up and eat! After we finish, we're going to 'Angel's Tears.' I heard there's a performance there tonight!" Yu Mo said helplessly, seeing Ying Lin's persistent questioning. "Really? There's a performance! But why didn't anyone tell me?" Sure enough, Ying Lin's attention was drawn away.
Bing Tong smiled at her and then picked up a spoon to drink the soup. Poor Yu Mo still had to answer Ying Lin's series of questions.
The three of them quickly finished their meal. Although there were some leftovers, Yinglin didn't take them with her. Only she knew the reason.
After the meal, the three went to 'Angel's Tears'. Yinglin and Yumo followed Bingtong inside. "You're here!" Ming greeted them immediately after hearing his subordinates say Bingtong and the others had arrived. "Yes! By the way, Ming, what's the performance tonight?" Yinglin nodded and asked. "Hehe! You'll find out soon enough." Ming chuckled mischievously but didn't answer Yinglin's question.
"Ming, you can go back to work now! Don't worry about us." Bingtong said to Ming. "Okay, I'll call you when it's time." He then left the private room.
Seeing Ming leave, Bingtong picked up the remote and turned on the external surveillance camera. She saw Youyun and the others sitting outside. Bingtong wasn't too surprised, but Yinglin was. "Why did they come back?!" Her tone was a mix of anger and helplessness. Hearing her say this, Bing Tong looked at her. "Maybe they're all here to watch the performance!" After saying this, she continued watching the monitor.
"Ming quickly prepared everything. He specially sent someone to inform Bing Tong and the others. Then Bing Tong slowly stood up and said to the other two, 'Let's go take a look!' Then they walked out of the private room together.
As before, Bing Tong and the others found a corner to sit down. Of course, this time You Yun and the others didn't see them because the performance was about to start, and everyone's attention was focused on the stage. No one would notice if you came and they didn't.
"Hello everyone, welcome to the 'Tears of Angels' auction. The items we are auctioning today are all items we have worked very hard to obtain. We hope everyone will participate actively." Suddenly, a host walked onto the stage and said to the audience. Of course, no one answered her. The host was not embarrassed at all. She continued, "First, the first item we will auction is agate jade." "Saying this, he lifted the red cloth behind him.
This agate jade was something they had obtained after many difficulties; this kind of jade is rare, so it was still quite novel to many people. So many people began bidding. '50 million!' someone stood up and shouted. '80 million!'"
