Chapter 66 Fever

After they left, a figure emerged from the corner; it was Bing Tong. Looking in the direction Wei Yi and the others had gone, she muttered to herself, "Ying'er, what am I supposed to do with you?"

The four great families of the night...
"Yu, Ying Lin is indeed the evil lord of the Sakura Palace," Wei Yi said, looking at Zi Yu. "I guessed right, so Bing must be the Ice Lord of the Sakura Palace," Zi Yu said, looking at him. "What's their purpose in approaching us?" Yong Yu asked, puzzled. This question silenced everyone, as Ying Lin hadn't actually done anything to them.
"Do you remember when I was in danger in the Rock Valley?" Wei Yi suddenly seemed to remember something, looking at Zi Yu and the others. "Yes! What's wrong?" Yong Yu asked, looking at him. "I remember finding the magic crystal that time, but Bing had it at the underworld gathering. Isn't that suspicious?" Wei Yi asked them, puzzled. “Yes! Yu also said that he saw Bing leave that day, so she must have taken it.” Yongyu thought about what had happened before and then said. “That must be it.” Weiyi said firmly.
Youyun, who had just returned, had been sitting on the sofa without saying a word.
A ringtone broke the conversation. Xi’er took out her phone from her pocket, looked at the screen, and answered it, but she was no longer calm after listening. She sat down on the sofa abruptly. Weiyi walked to her side and asked, “Xi’er, what’s wrong?” “I… my gang…” Just as Xi’er was about to explain what had happened, Weiyi’s phone suddenly rang. He took out his phone and answered it. After listening, he lowered his head and comforted Xi’er, “Xi’er, don’t be sad. I will avenge you.” Yongyu and the others, who had been ignored by them, were very puzzled. “What happened?” Yongyu asked impatiently. “Xi’er’s gang was wiped out within an hour.” Weiyi said to Yongyu.
"What? Xi'er's gang is the seventh largest gang in the world, how could it be wiped out so easily? Who did it?" Yongyu asked incredulously.
"It was the people from Sakura Palace." Wei Yi said angrily. "What? Xi'er, how did you get involved with them?!" Yongyu asked, looking at Xi'er. "Have you forgotten? Xi'er once sent people to attack Yinglin and Bing." Wei Yi rolled his eyes at him.
"Speaking of which, I suddenly remembered that Bing was injured, but yesterday's news said no one was injured, and Yinglin said it was a gunshot wound. Bing has many enemies!" Yongyu suddenly remembered Bing's injury after hearing Wei Yi's words, and then she looked at Wei Yi and the others.
"Hmm." Wei Yi nodded. Then, silence fell, with only Xi'er's faint sobs audible.
  The castle...
Sakura, soaking wet, returned to the castle. The servants guarding the gate rushed to her, asking, "Miss Lan, what happened?" Sakura looked up at them, then suddenly fainted. The servants quickly carried her to her room and fetched a private doctor.
"It's alright, Miss Lan just has a fever. Here's some medicine; she can take it when she wakes up," the doctor said to the servants. Then he stood up and said, "I'll be going now. Call me if you need anything." "Yes," the servants replied respectfully.
The doctor smiled at them and left.
This doctor was the physician sent by the British Royal Family to accompany Bing Tong, specifically to protect her. He was Bing Tong's private physician, which explained the servants' respect for him.
